Purpose: We’re looking for a Certified Voice Expert to support voice infrastructure projects across multiple client sites. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in voice systems and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of voice platforms (Alcatel-Lucent, Mitel, or similar)
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Support client onboarding and training on voice systems
• Document configurations and provide post-deployment support
• Travel to client locations for onsite implementation and support

Requirements:

• Recognized certification in voice technologies (Alcatel-Lucent, Mitel, or equivalent)
• 8 years experience with enterprise voice systems and protocols
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
