Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful KPIs & dashboards that translate performance into clear, actionable insights
• Spot performance gaps early and recommend smart, data-led improvements
• Turn complex business challenges into analytical questions, and those into business action
• Partner with IT to develop data solutions that level-up efficiency and resilience
• Collaborate across teams, functions & regions to drive data-led decision making
• Champion data accuracy, quality and availability across the business

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom in Analytics, Finance or related field
• 6 to 7 years in BI / Data Analytics or a similar insight-driven role
• Strong SQL skills and BI visualisation tools (PowerBI preferred)
• Proven ability to turn data into stories, insights and business action
• Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Commercial mindset, you care about impact, not just reports
