As part of a Business Intelligence team, you’ll work closely with actuaries, underwriters, and senior stakeholders to deliver datadriven solutions that matter.
 
This is a handson role that spans analytics, modelling, BI development, and cloud data engineering.

Job Description:
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable business insights
Design, develop, validate, and maintain statistical and machine learning models
Build and operationalise predictive analytics solutions used in business decisionmaking
Develop and support business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports using SQL and BI tools
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloudbased analytics infrastructure
Automate recurring analytics, reporting, and data processes and monitor ongoing performance
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate analytics into workflows
Ensure data quality, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and processes
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+ years’ experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence
Strong expertise in SQL Server and advanced TSQL
Handson experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics
Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and predictive modelling
Proven ability to develop, maintain, and explain statistical and machine learning models
Experience translating business requirements into actionable insights
Exposure to financial services or insurance is advantageous
