About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at Communicate Finance. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that align with our established brand guidelines across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing visual assets that align with established brand guidelines across various platforms
- Producing high-quality artwork for print and digital use, including promotional and in-store materials
- Preparing files for production and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the design process
- Updating and maintaining visual content across websites and digital platforms
- Creating engaging visuals to support social media activity and brand awareness initiatives
- Designing and laying out internal or external publications such as newsletters or marketing communications
- Collaborating with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives
- Assisting with research, trend exploration, and concept development for new creative work
- Supporting ad-hoc projects, campaigns, and marketing initiatives as required
Requirements
- Matric plus a relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a design or desktop publishing role
- Demonstrated experience taking designs from initial concept to final production
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
