About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our dealership’s financial team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide exceptional support to dealerships, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Liaise with dealerships to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper within the Motor Industry
- Dealer Management System literacy essential
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Certificate in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or relevant equivalent NQF5+ qualification) is preferred
- Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Environment
- Must be able to work under pressure in a high volume Dealership
- Must have contactable references
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of R20 000 to R25 000 based on experience.
