Job Summary
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Adaptation of digital reports for distribution processing
- Achieving set distribution targets
- Alignment of licensee reporting periods for each distribution cycle
- Stakeholder engagement, including distribution service providers
- Payments ingestion files (DSPs fund allocations) are timeously processed and are correct
- Process claims-based services payments confirmation
- Data management (cue sheet filling etc)
- Coordinate the team and ensure that they meet their deadline
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
- Advanced Excel
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Reliable and good with numbers
- 3 years work experience
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Eager and ability to adapt to latest technologies
- Exceptional people management skills
- Exceptional data analysis skills will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the music business will be an advantage
