Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
– Grade 12
– Electrical-related qualification (advantageous)
– Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
– Ability to read drawings
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Marking out insulation material for switchgear based on drawings and/or schedules under instruction from senior employees.
– Performing repetitive wiring tasks where the wire paths are marked by cleats, lines, saddles, wiring channels, fixtures, or pictorial drawings.
– Preparing wiring harnesses on peg boards or fixtures, determining the wire routes based on samples, pictorial drawings, or without wiring diagrams under senior supervision.
