• Manage and expand your existing client portfolio, offering strategic financial advice.
• Grow your network by converting qualified leads provided by internal lead channels and referral networks.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leverage marketing and business development support to increase conversions.
• Ensure all advisory work aligns with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Achieve targets related to new business, revenue generation, and assets under management.

? The Reward Structure

This is a performance-driven role designed for advisors who want their income to reflect their effort and success.

• Commission split: 70% to the Advisor | 30% to the Wealth Manager
• Typical Year 1 earnings: R400 000 – R650 000
• Initial support: A small stipend during the first few months while you settle in
• Sign-on incentive: Available for advisors bringing an existing client book
• Lead generation: Access to PCA leads and additional referral networks

Translation: great advisors can earn very well here.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor
• An established client book that you manage
• RE5 certification
• A proven history of growing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• A driven, self-managed approach to business development
• Experience with financial planning systems and CRM tools is advantageous
