? Your Day-to-Day
- Manage and expand your existing client portfolio, offering strategic financial advice.
- Grow your network by converting qualified leads provided by internal lead channels and referral networks.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, performance, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage marketing and business development support to increase conversions.
- Ensure all advisory work aligns with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Achieve targets related to new business, revenue generation, and assets under management.
? The Reward Structure
This is a performance-driven role designed for advisors who want their income to reflect their effort and success.
- Commission split: 70% to the Advisor | 30% to the Wealth Manager
- Typical Year 1 earnings: R400 000 – R650 000
- Initial support: A small stipend during the first few months while you settle in
- Sign-on incentive: Available for advisors bringing an existing client book
- Lead generation: Access to PCA leads and additional referral networks
Translation: great advisors can earn very well here.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor
- An established client book that you manage
- RE5 certification
- A proven history of growing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- A driven, self-managed approach to business development
- Experience with financial planning systems and CRM tools is advantageous
