About the Role

Anchora is seeking a skilled Fractional Lead Developer to join our team as the dedicated technical owner of our clients’ funnels, integrations, tracking, and analytics across 2 platforms. As a critical thinker with strong experience in revenue systems engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring every lead, every booking, every payment, every membership, and every reorder is tracked correctly, flows cleanly between systems, and shows up accurately in reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress pages, forms, and conversion flows across both brands.
  • Design and maintain the data pipelines between HubSpot, Zenoti, Vagaro, Payment systems, Marketing platforms.
  • Ensure lead source, lifecycle stage, booking status, and revenue are always in sync.
  • Set up and maintain event tracking across web, CRM, and booking systems.
  • Create dashboards showing: Leads, Conversion rates, Revenue, Add-ons, Memberships, Churn and retention.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Systems Engineer.
  • Strong experience with WordPress, HubSpot, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Experience working with booking, billing, or subscription platforms (Zenoti, Vagaro, Stripe, etc.).
  • Strong background in event tracking, attribution, and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
