About the Role
Jai Search Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Sales Consultant to join our team as a fully remote employee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with German-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
Requirements
- German Speaker (Native) – candidate needs to be well versed in German and be able to understand various dialects
- Sales experience mandatory – previous sales roles or experience in a related field is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
