Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS.
- Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage risk, governance, and internal controls across multiple entities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver operational excellence.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Education: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in financial management, with at least 5 years at group level within Financial Services.
- Proven track record in leadership, strategic financial planning, and complex consolidations.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at executive level.
