About the Role
Motus Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Online / Virtual Vehicle Sales Team Leader to lead our remote sales team in the Gauteng region. As a key member of our Motus Retail South & East Region team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and leading a high-performing virtual sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a remote team of online vehicle sales representatives
- Set and track sales targets and goals for the team
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in online vehicle sales, with a proven track record of success
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
