About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant / Administrator to join our team at Ultra Personnel. The ideal candidate will assist with a wide range of HR administration duties, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting the success of our staff, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection
- Post job adverts
- Review CVs
- Coordinate online interviews
- Liaise with Line Managers
- Assist with Background checks
- Assist with Hiring and Onboarding
- Maintain personnel files
- Exit – resignations and dismissals
- Manage staff hours
- Coordinate training
- Assist with Performance management / disciplinary procedure
- Assist with CCMA matters
- Assist with Probation hearings
- Manage payroll information required from Payroll Team
- Attend Manager meetings
- Mystery shopping
- Arrange Managers seminars
- Medical aid administration
- Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and company manuals
- Send memos
- Manage Leave days
- Deal with complaints from Sales Consultants
- Gift-giving for anniversaries
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HR software (not specified)
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
