About the Role
Ultra Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/ Administrator to support our HR Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of 70 staff members. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless recruitment, administration, and personnel management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection
- Posting job adverts
- Review CV’s
- Coordinate online interviews
- Liaise with Line Managers
- Assist with Background checks
- Assist with Hiring and Onboarding
- Maintain personnel files
- Exit – resignations and dismissals
- Manage staff hours
- Co-ordinate training
- Assist with Performance management / disciplinary procedure
- Assist with CCMA matters
- Assist with Probation hearings
- Prepare Newsletters
- Assist with payroll information required from Payroll Team
- Attend Manager meetings
- Conduct Mystery shopping
- Arrange Managers seminars
- Administer Medical aid
- Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and company manuals
- Manage Memos
- Manage Leave days
- Dealing with complaints from Sales Consultants
- Arrange Gifts / anniversaries
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
Qualifications
- No formal education or qualifications required
