About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Clerk to join our team at Trading Places Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng. As an HR Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and maintaining employee information on HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll administration, including checking timesheets and ensuring accurate payroll inputs
- Capture and maintain employee information on HR systems
- Process and manage time and attendance records
- Ensure accurate filing and record keeping of employee documentation
- Assist with HR administration such as onboarding documents, leave forms, and general HR support
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years HR administration experience
- Must have payroll experience
- Proven time management and ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Uniclox experience will be an advantage
- SAGE People 300 experience will be an advantage
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years HR administration experience (note: no specific educational qualification required)
