? Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations within a busy manufacturing environment
• Lead, guide, and support a senior-level finance team
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Support the FM/FD with strategic decision-making
• Drive process improvement and reporting optimisation
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders

? Requirements

• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)
• Postarticle experience (advantageous)
• Strong technical accounting ability
• Manufacturing industry exposure beneficial
• Proficiency in accounting systems & Excel
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset

? Leadership & Personality

We are looking for someone who can:

• Lead a senior team with authority and professionalism
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive deadlines
• Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
• Operate with resilience in a fast-paced environment

? Salary & Benefits

• R550 000 – R600 000 per annum
