We are looking for a hands-on Junior Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function within a growing business. This role is ideal for a qualified professional who is ready to step into a leadership role with real growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full finance function, including monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Statutory compliance and reporting
• Managing and guiding a team of more senior staff members
• Supporting business decision-making with accurate financial insights

Requirements:

• Completed SAIPA articles and 5-10 years post experience
• Solid understanding of the full finance function in a group environment
• 3-5 years Management experience
• Confident, mature, and professional approach to people management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a great personality
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable
