Gauteng: Junior Financial Manager/ Auditor posted by Network Finance

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Partnering with supply chain, procurement and logistics teams to analyse costs, efficiencies and savings
• Monitoring and reporting on COGS, inventory, stock movements and working capital
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Supporting tax compliance (VAT, income tax, provisional tax) and liaising with tax advisors
• Playing a key role in internal and external audits
• Maintaining strong financial controls, governance and compliance
• Driving continuous improvement across finance and supply chain processes
• Supporting the Senior Financial Manager / Finance Director with ad hoc projects

What we’re looking for:

• CA(SA) – newly qualified or up to 1–2 years post-articles
• Exposure to FMCG, supply chain, inventory or high-volume environments advantageous
• Solid understanding of tax and audit processes
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial, problem-solving mindset
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with large ERPs highly beneficial
• Confident communicator able to engage cross-functionally
