About the Role
Join our esteemed team at Craven Cottage CC as a Junior FOH / Floor Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service. With a passion for delivering top-notch hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the restaurant’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all areas where needed
- Check that all duties have been completed by floor staff
- Conduct staff performance evaluations
- Daily Cash-up
- Deal with customers, compliments and complaints, follow up etc.
- Implement and follow the rules of the company
- Maintain and sustain top service levels
- Maintain dress code standards
- Manage a large staff complement
- Opening and closing duties
- Present a positive image of the company
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Post-matric qualification is advantageous
- At least 3 years’ experience in a high-end restaurant environment
- Good knowledge of duties and procedures in a restaurant environment
- Computer knowledge
- Knowledge of restaurant software
- Experience in large restaurants is beneficial
- Must have fine-dining / high end restaurant experience
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Post-matric qualification (if applicable)
