About the Role
The Kiosk Controller is a key role in our Signa Opportunity team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kiosks across Gauteng. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Ordering supplies, performing stock takes, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Cash Handling: Operating the till and processing cash and card payments.
- Opening and Closing: Completing all necessary opening and closing procedures to ensure the kiosk is ready for business and secure.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all kiosk equipment functions correctly.
Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric/Grade 12 (minimum requirement).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hospitality (advantageous).
