As the Master Accounts Payable Data Clerk you will be responsible for the below:
- Update Sage master data as approved by the business and GSS Management.
- Perform mass updates with 100% accuracy and within agreed turnaround times.
- Collaborate with business units and experts to resolve master data issues.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across master data.
- Assist in detecting and resolving data quality issues.
- Support the business with procedures, new workflows, and change requests within agreed SOP timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in data management processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Conduct monthly data integrity checks for consistency and accuracy.
- Manage SharePoint workflow requests and changes within agreed turnaround times.
- Assist the Master Data team leader on projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Matric.
Completed Diploma will be an advantage.
3+ years of experience in similar field.
Experience on Sage is preferred.
