Job Summary
A well established Dealership in the West Rand is looking for a experienced Motorcycle Aftersales Consultant to join their service department team.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Drivers license
- Motorcycle Service Advisor / Aftersales Consultant experience (not negotiable)
- Technical experience or qualification will be advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their motorcycle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motorcycle plan details on system
- Update necessary motorcycle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full motorcycle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience
