Job Summary
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Exceed customer expectations through effective planning and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Drive customer service excellence in alignment with CSI and brand targets.
- Oversee and utilise CRM systems to manage client data and interactions.
- Analyse customer and competitor behaviours and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement benchmark service practices and foster a customer-first culture.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and governance requirements (FICA, POPIA, CPA, etc.).
- Support dealership budgeting and monitor performance against financial goals.
- Lead, mentor, and align team members with business objectives.
- Champion an ethical, productive, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential; National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent is advantageous.
- 5–10 years in the motor industry, preferably at dealership level.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle sales (new and used), aftersales, and F&I operations.
- National OEM experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the motor industry regulatory framework and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and at least one local language.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems like Evolve, IAL, CMS, etc.).
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Preferably based in or near the East Rand.
