Overall Job Purpose: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the organization. This role involves coordinating various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing leadership and direction to achieve operational goals, and implementing strategies to improve processes and maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 2. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and smooth functioning of all operational activities. 4. Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, production planning, and logistics. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 7. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting, working towards achieving organizational objectives. 8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of quality and safety. 9. Manage budget and resources effectively, optimizing operational costs and maximizing profitability. 10. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 2. Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. 5. Knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements in operations management. 6. Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 8.
