About the Role
As an iStore Admin Assistant, you will support and assist the Admin/Operations Manager in the iStore with stock control and asset management, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the store. This role plays a key part in reducing risk and maintaining stock accuracy, while providing expert advice and technical support for Apple products.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process all stock movements accurately
- Receive, transfer, and dispatch stock in line with procedures
- Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
- Maintain accurate asset registers and supporting documentation
- Identify and escalate stock variances and risks timeously
- Maintain organised, audit-ready admin records
- Support compliance with retail controls and company policies
- Assist with general back-of-house store administration
Requirements
- Completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
- 2 year administrative experience in a retail environment or 1 year in a different industry
- Exposure to stock control, inventory, or retail administration
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working on systems
