Our client is a global technology organisation focused on building secure, scalable platforms that support data-driven decision-making. They’re looking for a PHP Developer to join their  engineering team. You’ll work on backend services and APIs that power enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using PHP (Laravel or similar)
• Optimize application performance and database queries
• Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration
• Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning
• Support deployment pipelines and troubleshoot across environments

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 3+ years of PHP development experience
• Strong understanding of OOP and MVC architecture
• Experience with Laravel or similar frameworks
• Proficient in MySQL (schema design, migrations, query optimization)
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, JSON/XML
• Exposure to Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of frontend tech (Vue.js or React)
• Experience with secure data or financial APIs is a plus
• Fibre-ready home setup required (min. 100 Mbps)
