•  Agricultural Diploma / Degree in animal production
• Minimum of 5 years previous pig farm management experience
• Energetic and a positive attitude
• Strong animal husbandry ability
• Proven AI ability
• Computer literate
• Strong administrative background
• Ability to work well within a team

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•  Customer communication
• Collection, evaluation, and dilution of boar semen
• General farming operations
• General farm maintenance & security
• Laboratory work and management
• Boar house management
• Overseeing semen collection
• Orders, stock management, and general admin
• Maintaining herd health and biosecurity
• Admin and record-keeping
• Staff management
