Job Description

Were looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Stripe Administrator to join our billing team on a short-term contract. This role is key to optimizing our billing operations and ensuring smooth data flow between Stripe and Salesforce. Youll help organize our Stripe instance to support our complex subscription model.

What Youll Do

  • Stripe Billing Optimization: Analyze and organize our existing billing practices in Stripe, including structuring products, plans, and subscriptions to match our diverse offerings.
  • Hierarchy & Anchor Dates: Implement best practices for subscription hierarchies and anchor dates to ensure accurate billing cycles and prorations.
  • Salesforce Integration & Data Flow: Manage the integration between Stripe and Salesforce, ensuring billing data writes back accurately.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to billing workflows for better accuracy and reporting.
  • Documentation: Document current and proposed Stripe configurations and integration points with Salesforce.

What You Bring

  • Deep Stripe Expertise: Hands-on experience with Stripe billing, including subscriptions, products, plans, webhooks, and API.
  • Billing Operations Acumen: Strong understanding of subscription billing models, proration, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Salesforce Integration Experience: Experience configuring and managing Stripe-Salesforce integrations, particularly data synchronization and write-back.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze complex billing data, identify inefficiencies, and propose structured solutions.
  • Contract/Consulting Mindset: Quick understanding of business needs, ability to deliver impactful results independently within a short timeframe.
