We are seeking a skilled Policy Service Consultant / Administrator to join our short-term insurance team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate must have experience in policy servicing, strong knowledge of short-term insurance products, and be fully FAIS compliant with RE5.

Requirements:

• FAIS-recognised qualification (as per FSCA)
• RE5 certification
• 1–2 years’ experience in short-term insurance policy servicing
• Strong understanding of personal and/or commercial lines
• Excellent client service and admin skills
• Computer literate (MS Office, policy admin systems)

Responsibilities:

• Process policy amendments, endorsements, and cancellations
• Handle client and broker queries professionally and within SLA
• Maintain accurate policy and client records
• Ensure full compliance with FAIS and company procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient policy servicing
