Role Overview:
As a Price Analyst, you`ll play a pivotal role in our pricing strategy, ensuring our products remain competitive and profitable in the ever-evolving market landscape. You`ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market data, monitor industry trends, and develop pricing models that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to track pricing trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate cost structures, pricing models, and profitability metrics to optimize pricing decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate pricing recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and assess the impact of pricing changes on sales volume, revenue, and market share.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trade policies, and economic factors influencing pricing strategies.
- Ensuring all prices on pricing instructions are within the prescribed price lists.
- Investigating the validity of pricing claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Price Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role in the Animal Feed Industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
