Job Summary
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for production executives and team members.
- Organise and maintain production documents, call sheets, crew lists, and contracts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Serve as a liaison between production staff, talent, vendors, and external partners.
- Assist in onboarding crew and talent by organising start paperwork and credentialing.
- Track and manage office supplies, production equipment needs, and inventory.
- Maintain a filing system for confidential and sensitive production-related documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Support production meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing materials.
- Help ensure production runs smoothly by proactively identifying and resolving logistical or administrative issues.
- Assist with post-production administrative tasks such as tracking deliverables.
Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the programme before.
- Matric
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone and email etiquette.
- Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with talent/crew.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in solving scheduling, logistical, and communication issues.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends during production periods as needed.
