Job Summary
Job Description:
A local real estate firm providing and managing services to various clients is seeking a professional accountant to drive and improve its growth.
The ideal candidate will prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and conduct audits .They will create ad-hoc reports, prepare tax documents, and manage budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities include analysing financial statements, ensuring accurate accruals, correcting ledger misallocations, and reviewing recoveries. They will also track municipal queries, ensure rental and expense accuracy, develop property budgets, assist with debtors and creditors management, and prepare audit working papers while working under pressure.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of industry experience
- MDA experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
