About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Travel Specialist to join our team at Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, delivering outstanding results, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inbound tour consulting needs
  • Deliver service excellence through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize knowledge of Tourplan and Microsoft systems to meet client requirements
  • Provide product knowledge and destination information to clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of organization and administration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years previous inbound tour consulting experience
  • Passion for delivering service excellence
  • In-depth knowledge of Tourplan and Microsoft systems (advantageous)
  • Good knowledge of South Africa, Southern and East Africa (preferable)
  • Willingness to assist and learn
  • Understanding of travel industry channels
