About the Role
A leading player in the agricultural and industrial equipment space is seeking a Retail Parts Management Analyst to join their growing team. This role combines data, communication, and after-market sales expertise to drive insight-led decisions and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse retail parts sales, inventory levels, demand trends and pricing data to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimisation and improved availability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and insights that support after-market sales teams in decision-making and performance tracking.
- Work closely with after-market sales, parts and dealer teams to translate data into practical, commercial recommendations.
- Monitor stock turns, ageing inventory, fill rates and obsolescence, recommending corrective actions where required.
- Support parts forecasting and planning by analysing historical data, seasonality and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver clear, confident presentations to stakeholders, communicating insights in a way that drives action.
- Act as a trusted analytical partner, working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Participate in periodic travel to support regional teams, dealer reviews and on-site performance discussions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the confidence to interpret, present and influence using data.
- Excellent communicator comfortable working independently and delivering clear, professional presentations to stakeholders.
- A degree in Engineering/ Data/ Analytics/ Communications or a related field is required.
- Openness to travel once a month or quarterly is essential.
- Coming from heavy equipment/machinery/construction/agricultural industry.
