• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in vehicle sales (used vehicle experience highly advantageous)
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Strong negotiation, closing, and customer engagement skills
• Ability to source and convert leads independently
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear criminal and credit record

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling pre-owned vehicles in a high-volume environment
• Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery
• Handling walk-in customers, leads, and follow-ups
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Ensuring excellent customer service and CSI standards
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
