About the Role
Liberty Standard Bank Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a client portfolio, building a professional practice under the Liberty Brand, and providing exceptional financial advice to our clients. With a strong focus on delivering excellent service delivery and achieving set targets, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about people, insurance, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a client portfolio and build a professional practice under the Liberty Brand
- Conduct a financial needs analysis to determine client needs and provide appropriate financial advice
- Create and advise on strategies for each client to help them reach their financial freedom
- Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process
- Maintain excellent service delivery to each client
- Ongoing client relationship and monitoring of their financial portfolio
- Keep informed of changes in legislation and other industry changes
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate Degree / Diploma (an advantage)
- Criminal and Credit Clear Experience in Sales
- Strong Networking and Influencing skills
- Decision Making skills
- Target Driven
- People Orientated
- RE5 or Financial Advising qualification would be an advantage (no formal education requirement)
