Key Responsibilities
– Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the assigned region/territory.
– Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and generate new leads through outbound
activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Customer Presentations: Present products or services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
– Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients,ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
– Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close
deals and meet sales targets.
– Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
– Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular sales reports to management.
– Customer Support: Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and product knowledge.
– Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal, company, and industry regulations and other relevant legislation.
– Must be willing to work after hours.
– Must be willing to travel short-term business trips to surrounding countries of South Africa, China, Europe, North Africa, Australia etc, for market and product research and development
