Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration.
- Work closely with analysts to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Remove impediments and provide support to enable teams to achieve their goals.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Completed Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage large teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with project management tools
