About the Role
Edelson & Associates, a prominent property management company in Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Sectional Title Manager to join our team. With at least 3 to 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of sectional title law, you will be responsible for managing sectional titles, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sectional titles
- Handle disputes related to sectional title issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct inspections and investigations as required
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sectional title management or a related field
- Strong understanding of sectional title law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Completion of the Graham Paddocks course (advantageous but not required)
Salary & Benefits
R25,000 to R35,000 per annum (negotiable)
