Job Description

About the Role

Edelson & Associates, a prominent Property management company, is seeking an experienced Sectional Title Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing sectional title properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sectional title properties and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and issues
  • Prepare and submit annual financial statements and reports to the relevant authorities
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor property maintenance and development
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for sectional title management

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing sectional title properties
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Act and relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Completion of the Graham Paddocks course is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

  • R25000 to R35000 per annum (negotiable)
