The Role
We are looking for a Senior Collections Agent to join our dynamic team and help deliver a world class digital customer experience within the verifications team for our rapidly growing subscriber base. This role is for an ambitious and highly motivated individual seeking the rare opportunity to help scale a high growth technology company, across multiple verticals.

Minimum Qualifications/
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum of 1 – 2 Years Experience in collections related role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Atlassian
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
- Interpersonal skills (I.e. communication, ability to handle conflict, independence and time management)
- Desire to learn, adapt, grow and think “outside the box”
- A Team Player – reaching out to peers, fostering a good relationship with Team Leaders and Executives to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.
- A Hard Worker – dedicated individual willing to go the extra mile to make sure a task is not only done, but done right
- A Flexible/Adaptable Individual – adjusting quickly to changing priorities and conditions. You cope effectively with complexity and change.
- A Good Communicator – You speak and write clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. You are also able to communicate with peers and superiors about your shortcomings and needs
- A Broad Thinker – You are able to adapt other things (in or outside of business) to help you understand or even solve a complex issue. You are multi-dimensional in your thinking.
