REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric,
  • 5–10+ years B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in retail, property development, or fitness industries
  • Strong experience managing high-value and strategic accounts
  • Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen
  • Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and target-oriented
  • Passion for sustainability and premium product positioning

DUTIES

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for retail, property development, and fitness markets
  • Identify high-value opportunities and drive market penetration
  • Build a structured growth plan aligned with company’s premium brand positioning
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with retail buyers, developers, and fitness group decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts
  • Develop sector-specific value propositions and tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong client retention and account expansion strategies
  • Own full sales pipeline management using HubSpot CRM
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive high-margin sales aligned to business objectives
  • Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
  • Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless project delivery
  • Provide market intelligence to leadership
