• NB! Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll administration role
• Proven ability to manage and process over 2,000 payroll entries.
• Proven experience with ERS Biometric Time & Attendance.
• Strong, vibrant, and approachable personality.
• Highly detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll function for weekly and monthly staff.
• Process wages, salaries, and overtime accurately and on time.
• Maintain and reconcile time and attendance data using ERS Biometric System.
• Capture and verify payroll data in Sage/VIP Premier or Classic.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, UIF, SDL, and provident fund).
• Prepare and submit EMP201, EMP501, and related reconciliations.
• Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
• Liaise with HR and line managers regarding attendance, leave, and disciplinary deductions.
