Job Description
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving service growth and maintaining smooth scheduling and workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to manage service schedules and drive sales.
- Follow up with after-sales clients to increase service uptake.
- Process job cards and invoices within two weeks.
- Handle breakdown calls and coordinate with the workshop.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- General administrative support including stock take assistance.
- Manage agent bookings and related admin.
- Ensure timely processing of administrative tasks.
- Support reception phone lines when required.
- Daily follow-up on customer purchase orders.
- Escalate job management queries when necessary.
- Adhere to customer SOPs and internal procedures.

- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills.
- Organised and methodical in handling documentation.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to operational changes.
- Building strong customer relationships and promoting service growth.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
- Prior experience in administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SDP (European System)
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, an African language is advantageous.
- Good numerical skills and accurate data handling.
- Minium 2 years experience in similar role
Remuneration:
Basic Monthly Salary – R15 000 – R20 000
