Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the dispatching and receiving of parcels, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with courier services and internal teams to manage parcel flow efficiently.
- Label and document shipments accurately.
- Prepare tools & Equipment for shipment, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Clean and maintain workshop and laboratory equipment to ensure a safe and organised work environment.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Manage the dispatching and receiving of customer tools from the reception area.
- Ensure customer tools are handled with care and returned in a timely manner.
- Assist with local onsite work as needed, providing support to the team in various tasks.
Requirements
- Recently completed a qualification in Metrology or Mechanical Engineering.
- A valid driver`s license is an essential requirement
- Computer literate.
- Must reside within the Ekurhuleni region.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
