About the Role
As a SHEQ Manager at NDC Personnel, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality systems to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. You will maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of SHEQ systems
- Maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards
- Conduct risk management, incident investigation, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and quality legislation
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- SAMTRAC / COMSOC / NEBOSH certification
- Diploma in Safety Management/Environmental Management (beneficial)
- Experience as an ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
- 8+ years’ SHEQ experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior role
- Experience in steel manufacturing or similar environments
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: degree in Engineering and SAMTRAC / COMSOC / NEBOSH certification
