Job Summary
Purpose of the Role:
Supply and receiving of goods to internal and external customers with due regard to inbound and outbound processes and maintaining pre-defined stock levels and protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Receive goods from suppliers, ensure goods are correctly checked and receipted on ERP
- Process and keep track of goods returned to suppliers/customers.
- Keep sales personnel informed of all goods received.
- Oversee the dispatching and receiving of deliveries
- Manage all warehouse documents.
- Update project files,
- Stock take preparation.
- Create purchase requisitions.
- Reporting on stock levels.
