About the Role
The National Employers Association of SA (NEASA) is seeking an Administration Assistant in George to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services to our members and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of the association
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide administrative support to senior staff members as required
- Develop and implement effective filing systems and procedures
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Previous legal, sales, and admin experience an advantage
- Matric
- Computer literate in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high levels of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
