George: Head of Aftercare

Description: Assist in planning after-school and vacation programmes. Oversee and maintain stock control. Perform quality control and maintain communication with parents and stakeholders. Support marketing and financial management functions where required. Assist in planning healthy eating initiatives, educational aftercare programmes and transport coordination. Transport learners using school-registered vehicles. Demonstrate personal commitment to education and uphold the values and ethos of the institution. Requirements: An appropriate academic and professional education qualification from a recognised institution. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. A passion for working with children. Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills. A positive and energetic vocational approach. Patience and compassion when working with children. A clear criminal record (background checks will be conducted). A valid drivers licence and PDP (Professional Driving Permit) essential.
