Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Production & Fabrication Manager to lead and optimize our production team. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from planning to final delivery.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality conversions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory, materials, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise and hands-on experience in woodwork, steelwork, painting, and insulation installation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar fabrication or production management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a production team.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
