About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations and Admin Coordinator to join our team in George, Western Cape. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of both our hospitality division and our administrative office functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, handling all reservation-related communication, administrative processes, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
- Manage all bookings for guest houses and event spaces, including group reservations and long-term stays.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, special guest requests, and liaise with on-site hospitality teams.
- Issue booking confirmations, invoices, and pre-arrival information to guests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and occupancy reports.
- Use and manage Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to George, Western Cape.
- Experience: 2+ years in a reservations, front office, or administrative coordination role preferably in hospitality or service industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in reservation and booking systems (e.g., NightsBridge, Cloudbeds, or similar).
- Experience with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
- Competent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
