Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with the hotel’s 5-star standards

• Manage and train the restaurant team, ensuring a strong service culture and attention to detail

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or complaints

• Handle staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational budgets

• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the dining experience and introduce new menu ideas

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards

• Drive sales through exceptional service and upselling techniques

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hospitality environment

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations

• Computer literacy and proficiency in POS and restaurant management software
